The Northeast Design Office will serve as the central hub for upper Northeast Coast design and development projects in partnership with LD2. Perched high above the Hudson River in Rafael Viñoly’s architecturally striking Waterline Square tower and surrounding parks, the workspace is framed by a sculptural façade that captures movement, light, and reflection. The sloped geometry and faceted crown of the building shape dynamic interior volumes, enhancing the interplay between architecture and environment.

H.I.S. Design Center – NYC is conceived as an atelier for conceptual exploration, collaboration, and strategic visioning. It embodies the principles of contemporary luxury and artistic refinement, integrating bespoke furnishings, curated materials, and a minimalist aesthetic that aligns with our ‘less-is-more’ approach. Floor-to-ceiling windows open the space to panoramic views of the city’s evolving skyline, reinforcing a deep connection to the built and natural environments.

A sanctuary within the city, this office is a retreat for creative thought, where clarity and focus drive innovation. Here, the fluidity of design encourages new boundaries to be explored—continuing our commitment to honoring the essence of architecture and the gracious stewardship of the environment.
